Epimedium, Saw Palmetto, Cnidium, and Tribulus appear to be the main ingredients.

Epimedium contains an active compound called icariin, which works similarly to sildenafil, the active compound in Viagra. Both icariin and sildenafil inhibit the enzyme PDE5 to promote the flow of blood to your penis, which leads to an erection. But unlike sildenafil, icariin does not produce the same side effects, which include vision problems.

Saw Palmetto is a known supplement for supporting prostate health. It also promotes healthy libido and recovery from physical exercise. Cnidium is a little known aphrodisiac herb native to China.
