Enhancing Erections with Safe Sex

At first glance, it seems weird relating safe sex with enhanced erections but as it turns out a certain brand of condom contains a drug in gel form that dilates the arteries and makes it easier for the heart to pump blood. This drug is said to relieve chest pain and is believed to improve erections by allowing more blood to flow into the penis. To anyone who has tried male enhancement products, this mechanism of action isn’t entirely novel. After all, most male enhancement pills, creams, and patches claim to work by increasing blood flow to the penis. And if both deliver results as promised, the only consideration then would be the cost. It’s safe to say that between a three-month supply of penis pills and this so-called magic condom, any man would take the latter option. But are “wonder condoms” really the solution to all your sexual dysfunction woes?

According to Men’s Health urology advisor Larry Lipshultz, M.D.: not necessarily. The drug found at the tip of this special condom must penetrate the penis to exhibit male enhancement effects. This isn’t easy said Dr. Lipshultz as “the erectile tissue is almost impermeable.” Previous studies have also looked into the possibility of topical medications for Peyronie’s disease but all attempts have been unsuccessful thus far. Even inserting the drug into the tip of the penis has proven to be ineffective, which is probably why there aren’t any advertisements promoting the erection-enhancing qualities of this particular brand of condom just yet. Admittedly, it’s a wonderful concept, but maybe you shouldn’t chuck your male enhancement products into the trash bin for the time being.

That’s not to say of course that you should stop using condoms altogether. Practicing safe sex is a must whether you are getting the most out of your male enhancement supplements or not. Plus, it’s not like you just have to choose one over the other. You can use a condom and one of the best male enhancement products at the same time. Contraception and male enhancement shouldn’t be at odds with each other, unless of course, you and your partner are trying to have a baby. And yes, you have to note too that some male enhancement products can make you extra virile so if you are not planning on becoming a father, you’ll have to make sure that your condom isn’t going to break or that she is on the pill or at least using some form of contraceptive.
